  • Location was great. Just off the highway and accross the road from Opryland. Other nice attractions nearby as well. Indoor pool was super. An Applebee's was on the premesis. A nearby go cart track was fun for the kids.
  • The hotel is exellent. I always try to stay at this hotel when I am in Nashville. The only problem I had was when room service wouldn't answer their phone.
  • I liked the atmosphere and staff. The food was poor quality and the room could have been cleaner.

  • a wonderful trip overall. hallways longer than I would have liked. Ice machine on other side of floor and I had to walk all the way around to get ice. Only real problem, and that's kinda superficial.

  • It was a nice hotel. Maybe slightly over priced for the accomodations. Overall, a VERY friendly hotel, clean and courteous.
  • DISLIKE having to pay for in-room internet. THe staff were wonderful. The set up for the conference room was chaotic, they could not find our shipments and many of us were VERY UNHAPPY with the attitude and the lack of help when we were looking for our products.
