Location is not too bad. I had difficulty getting good advice from staff on nearby restaurants. Shuttle service to Metro was chaotic. Success in talking to staff relied on waiting until the competent one became available. Room was decently appointed, but not great for work (a little dark), and the heating unit became erratic on the last day. I appreciated the hotel's diligence and flexibility in addressing most of these problems.
Hotel was as expected. It's comfortable, but nothing special. Rooms are showing their age. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good.
Stay was a good experience. Irish pub has decent food and good atmosphere. Main restaurant has acceptable breakfast buffet. Rooms were well-kept. Wireless internet a big plus.
Great Location Easy Access Might be a good place to stay for tourist.
Conviently located, about what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. Nothing exciting; nothing wrong.
