  • The best hotel I have ever stayed at.
  • Location was good, but cost of taxi to get to the main area where we the play was being held. Mall is very close - walking distance. There is a Starbuck's cafe in the hotel - it was great, only thing was hours of operation were limited.

  • Lovely hotel. While kiosk checkin is convenient, my requested options weren't available at checkin and no one is around to man the kiosks. I don't understand why wifi isn't included in the hotel room price. Room service was limited - would've like later hours for the full menu - or options from the restaurant within the hotel (ie I'd rather eat alone in my room than alone in the restaurant).
  • The Century Plaza ids an excellent venue for the SAM meeting, the best we have been at.
  • The hotel was terrific. The room was spacious, clean, and well kept. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
  • Nice facility ..comfortable beds and linens
  • The Staff made the Hotel. From the front desk making us welcome to the bartenders to the bellhops. Make sure they know why you are there and don't be afraid to ask questions. The only negative is the parking being farmed out to a different company and I found the parking people to be impolite with me.
  • We enjoyed our stay staff was friendly and helpful.
  • The hotel was comfortable and they accomodated any special needs we had.
