Although the overall appearance looked more 1970s style, I was impressed by the comfortable bed I had. However, I wasn't too happy that the staff mixed up the length of my stay. I was also very unhappy with the fact that I wasn't notified that a further charge was going to take place after that fact that I was only able to pay for one night because I was using a Western Union Prepaid Debit MasterCard, even though the front desk staff member told me that I would be notified.
This hotel was in a great location. The hot tub felt great after working long hours in the cold. the resturant had good food and service. Unfortunately there was remodelling going on, but i didn't really have to deal with a lot of it because it was during hours I was not at the hotel.
THERE WERE RENOVATIONS GOING ON SO THAT WASN'T SO GREAT BUT I WASN'T BOTHERED BY NOISE. THE ROOM SERVICE WAS GREAT.
We had a fairly terrible experience with the cleanliness of the bathroom in our room. I feel not enough effort was made by the staff to correct the problem. We also experienced lousy room service.
