  • This is a 4 star resort that offers all of the comforts of home without even having to leave off of the property. There are several extraordinary restaurants, including the newest,The River Island Grilling Company, which serves fresh seafood in addition to an array of mouthwatering dishes. The ammenities offered at this resort are too numerous to list. There are daily events for families to participate in, well supervised children centered activities, a lazy river and water slides, several olympic sized pools, a world renowned golf course and many other things that make coming to this resort a vacation unto itself..You don't even have to leave here and you will still enjoy a marvelous Florida vacation. My family visits at least twice a year and we are never disappointed with acommandations or the superior guest service offered by all of the resorts' employees.
  • It was very beautiful and everyone was very helpful. The only thing I would watch out for would be the sales people. They are a little pushy.

  • well it was beautiful, the whole resort... we had a few problems but they were fixed immediately.. i would definately visit there again.
  • Location was great. We were expecting a larger unit compared to the one we owned, but received one that was much smaller. We had a FedEx sent to us at the location and it took an act of congress to finally locate it on the resort premises. Staff took a long time to answer the phone. We had 1 problem with the DVD/VCR player and it took until the next day for them to respond to it. By then, we had already solved the problem ourselves. The sprinklers would come on while we were relaxing outside with no warning, and we would always get wet. There was no housekeeping service, so we had to actually wash towels to have enough for the week we were there. I liked their soap, however.
  • Everything was great. The resort itself was centrally located with easy access to attractions and restaurants.

  • The location of the hotel is awesome!! It is close to Disney without the Disney prices. I would recommend it to every one. I referred 10 friends there myself.
