  • My wife loved the room, the bed and the comforter on the bed. The room was nicely decorated and she liked the new decorating schemes that they have now.
  • It was ok.
  • We experienced noise problems during our stay. The staff failed to resolve the problem in a timely manner. We had to call twice before anything was done.
  • We had a problem with the toilet in our room. The first day it started running constantly at 6 o'clock in the morning and wouldn't stop. It woke me up and I couldn't get back to sleep. We told the front desk about the problem and it took them until 8pm that night to fix it. We were afraid to use the toilet for fear that it would start running again and we wouldn't be able to sleep.
  • Bad check in experience -but rest of stay was nice
  • only problem was at checkout...my reward points were never creditied to my account and it took some effort to fix the problem.
  • Not much near the hotel to do other than the beach. Would have liked being closer to restaurants, etc.
  • It met my expectations
  • It was a great room and bed. Check-in was quick and efficient and all information was in order and correct. I liked the fact that there was a Sarbucks where I could get a GOOD cup of coffee and apreciated that the hotel gave me cupons for complimentary cups of coffee.
