The hotel has no concept of what a handicapped accessible room/bathroom is. Our 'handicap access' room had a bathtub. When moved where there was a roll in shower, there was no bench to sit on.
when i checked in the arrival agent was very rude
Small, not good parking, ice machine was not working, no staff to help with check in or out.
I didn't spend much time in the hotel, but the quality of the room was as expected. There were no problems or unclean areas. Good value.
Nice hotel. Well located new the French Quarter.
It was comfortable and located near bourbon st. Walking distance to all of french quarter.
good location for attending new orleans events and downtown. Staff knew their way around town and helped with dinner reservations.
This particular holiday inn express location was very convenient because it was right in the middle of everything. Bourbon Street was within walking distance and so were cute stores to do shopping.

The location was nice just 3 blocks off the french quarter. We were not expecting to to pay for valet parking only.
