  • Really enjoyed our stay over New Years. Location is great, but breakfast buffet left a lot to be desired.
  • Valet service was excellent. Restaurant was delicious as were banquet facilities. Room service was superb. Hotel staff were more than accommodating. Excellent stay.
  • Too far away from French Quarter. Tram wait too long. Not as enjoyable as Royal Sonesta from previous stays.
  • The Intercontinental Hotel in New Orleans was excellent, comfortable, and very enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to others. It also took very good care of our conference, including celebrity needs.

  • Nice hotel but did not feel it was up to the normal InterContinental standards. No one met us at the cab to take the luggage or help us. Expected better service. Room was fine, not as luxurious as I expected. No problems with stay though.

  • SERVICE WAS SUPER I HAD A PACKAGE SHIPPED AHEAD TO THE HOTEL FOR THE CONFERENCE AND IT WAS DELIVERED EFFICIENTLY UPON ARRIVAL
  • Room was comfortable. Hotel is well located. Enjoyed having an inroom safe. Food and beverage service for the Elderhostel classes was inadequate.

  • The location was excellent. Very nice room. Staff was very helpful. Parking was $30 a night, which was disappointing. The light on the patio did not work. Someone responded immediately, but it was never fixed during my 2 night visit.

  • LIKE THE OLD FASHOINED BUT CHIC ECLECTIC LOOK OF THE HOTELS. LOVE THE SERVICE AND PROXIMITY TO ENTERTAINMENT, DOWNTOWN AREAS
