  • Great view from rooms.
  • The check-in gentleman wasn't very friendly. Because our flight was early, our room wasn't. We chose to eat lunch in the adjoining restaurant. It was after 1:30 PM, only 4 other people in the restaurant, yet it took 45 minutes to receive our food. We were expecting to hear an apology for the extended wait, none came.
  • I enjoyed the hotel location was great. I was concerned about restaurant cleanliness
  • GREAT LOCATION FOR US WHEN WE VISIT MIAMI. WEEKEND RATES ARE GENERALLY GOOD.
  • Hotel is ok, but they don't treat their Platinum Priority Club with the perks they have earned.
