  • it was nice. phone reservation folks were very courteous
  • It was a free promotional stay. It was a nice place but a bit messy as they were in the process of remodeling to become the Planet Hollywood. As with most of the strip casinos, their players club points take a large amount of money played to accumulate. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was very nice with a great view of the strip.

  • We always have an excellent time at the Aladdin. The staff is efficient and courteous. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable.

  • Location was fine, wasn't as clean as expected, exhaust fan in bathroom was not working and was never fixed properly. Fan was full of dirt and when they tried to fix, all they did was spray it with a lube of some kind and the dirt went on the floor which they didn't clean up. I would not stay at the Alladin again unless the rates were half what they normally are. Stayed at the Flamingo Hilton before. I think it is twice as nice as the Alladin and would have stayed there again but there were no rooms at the time of our last trip.
  • The hotel is now Planet Hollywood. The room did not have sufficient storage space for clothing even tho the rooms were a good size. The rooms were also on the dark side, so more & brighter lighting is required. The hotel is attached to the Miracle Mile Mall, which is great because you don't have to go outdoors for shopping & restaurants.

  • The hotel was beautiful. It had one of the best locations on the strip. It was reasonably priced
  • Very nice rooms and amenities. Close to other hotels on the Las Vegas strip.
  • The room was large and comfortable. There was little to no hot water for the entire stay. The room included a jacuzzi tub which was basically useless with the lack of hot water. Other than that we were happy with our stay.
