  • It is a very nice Hotel and convenient to LAX.
  • The location was great because it was right off the freeway and close to our destination. The beds were very comfortable.
  • Good value, very classy. Attending a function at a nearby hotel and the Hilton was great to come 'home' to in the evenings. Concierge was helpful in finding ways to the beach without a car.
  • I found the employees to be very helpful. They went out of their way to help us with our transportation problems that we had so we could get to our cruise on time.

  • Hotel from the outside was very nice. The lobby was just as nice. They were doing renovations but had been at the same hotel 6 months earlier and nothing hadbeen done since then. THe room was dirty and the maids did not clean the room everyday. Didn't want to have them change the sheets everyday but vaccum and dust would have been nice.

  • Before retiring I stayed at many Hilton Hotels. I have always found them to be very satisfactory, so I used one for a post retirement pleasure trip. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
  • This was a basic comfortable hotel, nothing fancy, staff was very nice and helpful, food was good.
  • Hilton alwaya exceeds my expectations - it's the only hotel I stay at, and sometimes won't travel to a location if I can't stay at a Hilton.
  • Unsympathetic and rude reservation agent would not refund my money after telling me this location did not allow pets and curtly told me to call Priceline, from whom I also got the runaround. The room itself was dirty and smelled bad, as did the elevator. In general it was like a cramped, nasty motel that crammed in a few creaky floors to call itself a hotel. Why they don't allow pets is beyond me- my dog is cleaner than the carpet.
  • Great value on being able to park your car - sleep - fly (early flight) and return to parked car with a known price and inside parking
  • Poor contracted airport transportation; a convention was being held at the hotel of alternative lifestyles which forced the redirection of incoming traffic and made use of the lobby incredibly inconvenient.
