Site59.com, which offers last-minute air-and-hotel weekend packages to mostly domestic (but also some international) destinations, is changing its name to lastminute.com. It makes sense, since the name Site59 always made it sound just a little bit like a meeting place for numbers-challenged UFO enthusiasts. I just checked and both sites are now up, but I don’t know when the official switch will happen. Presumably soon, though I’m sure the Site59 name will continue to route people to the new site when the old name is retired.
