How great would it be if you could save money just by reminiscing about the past? Expedia had similiar thinking, and is now offering up to 50 percent off the best deals of 2010. This includes the biggest hotel discounts in places across the U.S., including Las Vegas, Boston, New York City, Chicago, and San Francisco, among others. You must book by December 17, and travel by December 31.

How it works: The longer you stay, the more money you save. For instance, you can save 30 percent on two nights; 40 percent on three nights; and 50 percent on four or more nights.

The offer is subject to availability, and prices vary by hotel property and travel dates. Minimum stay may be required. Further restrictions and blackout dates may apply.
