<strong>Walt Disney World</strong>

Granted, many families find this popular theme park to be the happiest place on earth (next to Disneyland, of course), but a one-park, one-day pass with a price tag of $79 per person may leave some feeling not so elated. Plus, when you add in fighting long lines to go on rides, dealing with throngs of children, and transportation times in-between parks (if you purchase a Park Hopper pass for an extra $52 for a one-day pass), you may feel downright depressed. However, on the bright side, you'll spend less money on the per-day price the more time you spend at the park.

The other day while grocery shopping, I saw a little girl playing in the paper goods aisle. Apparently, the plastic utensils were plotting to invade the toothpicks, and she was frantically trying to build a fort out of two-ply toilet paper. Though I found it quite strategic for such a small child, it made me wonder how long it had been since I had played any games.

If you're anything like me, it's about time you allowed yourself to be a kid again, and right now United Vacations is offering up to 46 percent off Walt Disney World resorts for travel by December 31 and up to 40 percent for travel between January 1 and February 16. Resorts include the Disney’s All-Star Music Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge, Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, and Disney’s Yacht Club Resort. You must book by November 21.
