Two Low-Fare Airlines Heat Up Cold-Weather Promotions

DirectAir promotes half-off fares, while Vision continues Grand Bahama discounts:

DirectAir is promoting a systemwide half-fare sale, with no specified travel cutoff date. (You must book by October 21 though.) DirectAir flies to Myrtle Beach, five Florida cities, Nassau, and San Juan from 12 mostly smaller airports in the Northeast and Midwest. Book online; enter promotional code "YLXEM."

Vision continues its discounts from most of its mainland cities to Grand Bahama for purchase through November 2. Flights to Grand Bahama start on November 3; sale fares cover travel through December 19. A few seats are going for $1, but those are probably very limited.
